Are your jerseys officially licensed?

Our jerseys are premium-quality replicas crafted with the same materials and construction standards as official gear. They are not officially licensed by the NFL, MLB, or NHL, which allows us to offer them at significantly lower prices while maintaining exceptional quality.

How long does production take for custom jerseys?

Accepted Answer

Standard custom jerseys take 5–7 business days to produce. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee. Once production is complete, shipping time is added on top.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already begun. Please contact our support team immediately at support@prosportsgear.com if you need to make changes.

Do you offer bulk / team discounts?

Yes! Orders of 10+ jerseys receive 15% off, 25+ jerseys receive 20% off, and 50+ jerseys receive 25% off. Contact us for custom team quotes and we'll work out the best deal for your group.

What if my jersey arrives damaged or incorrect?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind every product. If your jersey arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account to view real-time order status and tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across North America (USA and Canada). International shipping to select countries is available — please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
